Builder's clean can be done in stages with Initial Clean, Main Clean, and Final Clean. Our cleans involves everything from joinery to kitchens, wet areas, front porches, pool areas, windows, window frames, and door tracks. To view or download a copy of what we cover - click here 

SECTION 1: SELECT SERVICE & PROVIDE CLEANING DETAILS

SECTION 2: PROVIDE DETAILS FOR SELECTED SERVICES

Standard room size = 3.5 x 3 metres. If a room is twice the above standard room, select 2 rooms. If larger still select (three times) and so on. 

Our cleaning includes fans, light fittings, power points, light switches, floors (vacuum & mop), wardrobe doors, cupboard doors, internal doors, internal windows are soft washed and a dusting of blinds (full wash is needed if blinds aren't new and have mould/grease or heavy build-up). Wall spot-checking is included in this service; however, if walls are heavily soiled/marked, you will need to select Wall Wash (an extra fee applies) and let us know how many walls require a full wash. Ceilings are not included; however, they can be quoted onsite should you wish to have them done. 

* WINDOWS - Click additional items to have windows washed. If you require a crystal finish a site visit is needed as there are many factors involved in quoting for a crystal finish (splashed paint, cement, glass films and the type of glass used).

  • Some stains are a little harder to be removed however our technicians are trained to use special cleaning agents should your carpets be heavily stained. Please upload a photo for an accurate quote.

  • Pet Urine is a special treatment and is quoted when onsite. We will reach out before starting the job for your approval

How long does it take for carpets to dry?

  • Carpets made of synthetic fibre will usually air dry on their own in 3 to 6 hours. Wool, on the other hand, will stretch the time frame from 4 to 8 hours.

Additional Service - External Window Cleaning

Pure Water
We never use plain water to do our washing. We use what we call “Pure water”. Using a lightweight 10-meter pole system our window cleaning service can reach most places and we leave a crystal clear finish as we use pure water.

How Pure Water Works
Without pure water, regular tap water would leave spots and smears on the glass. Pure water, on the other hand, leaves the glass completely spotless. The water purifying system involves four stages:

  • Carbon Sediment Filter – removes dirt, other particles, and chlorine

  • Water Softener Filter – converts calcium and magnesium ions to sodium ions

  • Reverse Osmosis – removes the majority of dissolved solids and discards them in wastewater

  • De-Ionisation – removes any remaining impurities We carry with us a particle meter to check the purity of the water. Sydney tap water is normally about 130 ppm (part per million). Our pure water achieves 0 ppm! Which means we can guarantee a sparkling window after we finish and this is always what we aim for. What to expect from your CREW Pest Control Service

  • Inspection, Put Cockroach Gel, Bait Cracks, crevices, and spray chemicals internal to the property.

  • Treatment will control cockroaches, ants, ground/webbing spiders, and silverfish.

  • You receive a full report at the time of treatment, and a six months warranty.

  • The chemical is very safe for adults, children, and Pets, but under Occupational Health and Safety we recommend you go out for 2 hours after the treatment is completed, or till the chemical dries off completely.
